Artglorieux GALLERY OF TOKYO has been generous enough to allow me to hold a solo exhibition.
I was born into a family of Kutani painters who have been active for roughly 90 years. The environment I was raised in was one full of tradition and filled with master craftsmen.
Continuing the slowly disappearing rare traditional techniques of Kutani, so that it can be passed onto future generations is something I consider my life's work. This is why I have continued to produce Kutani.
I hope you enjoy my latest works of kutani which make full use of my feelings and techniques.
It would be my greatest pleasure if you were able to come see the gorgeous yet sensitive new style of Kutani.
