Modern-day artists utilize forward-thinking, innovative concepts rooted in issues of society and the times as well as new forms of expression to shock and attracts viewers.
This exhibition centers on pieces by Kusama, one of Japan's leading avant-garde artists, while also showcasing works by Andy Warhol and other celebrated artists from around the world, including contemporaries of Kusama as well as artists from later generations. Showings and sales include pieces by street artists KAWS and Banksy, who have become popular in recent years, to round out this varied exhibition of contemporary art.
