Through his Kinryu ("Golden Dragon") series, which brings ancient deities back into the modern day, as well as his other works based on respect for the sea, mountains, trees and other aspects of nature, Ryuta Kinjo expresses himself through three-dimensional means. His works are coated in 24-karat gold, which expresses the concept of life force through shimmering forms along with the mysteries of life itself. This exhibition also features works in acrylic paints that exude a dream-like aura defined by deep, rich blues. Kinjo's works convey the message that all beings and things in this world are interconnected, and that all of them depend on one another.
